Labs & branches
Built for one lab or many: each lab and its branches keep their own data. After sign-in, pick the lab and branch you are working in - staff only see patients, billing, and results for that location.
Register patients, add billing, collect samples, add and verify test results, view reports in different formats, and see dashboard and reporting in one place - with role-based access for your labs and branches.
Built for one lab or many: each lab and its branches keep their own data. After sign-in, pick the lab and branch you are working in - staff only see patients, billing, and results for that location.
Register and find patients quickly, keep demographics and history organised, and move smoothly from registration to billing and tests - without duplicate paperwork.
Take payments, print receipts, and raise bills from one simple screen - so busy reception staff are not jumping between different tools.
Record which doctor sent the patient, tie referrals to orders and reports, and keep follow-up and commission rules clear.
Track staff rewards where your lab uses them - linked to work and referrals so payouts stay fair and easy to check later.
One home screen for what matters today: work in the queue, a quick picture of money in and out, and alerts that need a decision - without opening many menus.
Ready-made reports for billing, cash collected, daily takings, and other management views - separate from the live dashboard so owners can review money and activity in plain lists and prints.
Set tax the way your accountant wants - so bills and reports stay steady and you spend less time fixing numbers by hand.
Full test list: departments, parts of a test, units, and normal ranges - kept in one place so every branch uses the same setup.
Lists for pending and collected samples, collect and reject steps, and barcode support so reception and the lab bench stay aligned.
Enter results, check them, and mark them final when ready. Several report layouts are available to match your letterhead and local style.
Patients log in to see their own finished reports: read on screen or download (for example PDF) for their phone or family.
See all past visits and results for one patient in date order - handy for follow-ups and answering “what did we test last time?”
Connect your lab’s outgoing email so finished reports and reminders reach patients and doctors reliably - not from one staff member’s personal inbox.
Add staff, assign roles, and control who sees what - reception, collection, reporting, and admin each get the right access.
Referring doctors get their own login: when reports are final, they see their patients’ results in one place. They can also view referral incentives the way your lab agreed.
Your team can switch whole areas of the software on or off for your lab - like optional extras - without reinstalling. Day-to-day screens stay simple; you can grow when you need to.
The items below are on our roadmap and are not fully developed or released yet - we are actively working on them.

Last updated: April 2026. MedCoreOne Lab is a product of Jamal Technologies. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with this website and the MedCoreOne Lab laboratory information system. It is a general notice; your lab should still follow local health-data laws and your own privacy notices for patients.
Demo data notice: Any patient names, phone numbers, emails, and other personal-looking details shown in demos, screenshots, or sample records are AI-generated for demonstration purposes. Any resemblance to real persons or contact details is purely coincidental. If you believe your name, cell number, or email has been used, please contact us at contact@jamaltechnologies.com or WhatsApp +92 309 2585788.
Jamal Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding personal data. By using our website or the MedCoreOne Lab software made available to you, you agree to the practices described here, except where a separate contract with your organisation overrides them.
Website visitors, trial requests, and general enquiries: Jamal Technologies is typically the data controller for information you submit on this marketing site (for example the free-trial form or contact details).
Patient and day-to-day lab data inside MedCoreOne Lab: The laboratory, hospital, or diagnostic organisation that operates the system is usually the data controller for patient demographics, test orders, samples, results, billing records, and similar clinical or operational data. Jamal Technologies provides the software and, where we host or support the service for you, may act as a data processor on your instructions. Your organisation should tell patients how their health information is used and obtain any consent or other legal basis required under applicable law (including Pakistan’s data-protection and health rules, where they apply).
Information you provide directly
Technical and usage data
We do not collect business listings from public directories, operate a public “people search” product, or buy personal data from data brokers for MedCoreOne Lab. Any integrations you enable (for example email or backups) are chosen by your organisation under your agreements.
MedCoreOne Lab is not a public directory. Access to patient and lab data is controlled by your organisation through roles, permissions, and branch/lab context. Only authorised users should see sensitive records. You are responsible for configuring access correctly, training staff, and publishing your own patient-facing privacy notices where required.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third parties for their marketing. Information is used to operate MedCoreOne Lab, deliver support, and meet legal duties, unless you have agreed something different in writing (for example a specific integration you requested).
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
Deletion or export of clinical data may be limited where law requires retention (for example medical record-keeping rules). Account passwords are never stored in plain text; they are protected using industry-standard one-way hashing (we use bcrypt for password hashes in the product).
We use cookies and local storage where needed for authentication sessions, security, and basic site function. We may use analytics cookies on this marketing site to understand traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in or some features from working.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet your organisation’s instructions, resolve disputes, and comply with law (including health-record and tax retention where applicable). Retention periods for patient and lab records are primarily decided by the controller organisation and local regulations. When data is deleted in line with those rules, we aim to remove it from active systems within a reasonable period; backups may persist for a limited time before rotation.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of health and business data, including access controls, encryption in transit where standard for web applications, and secure password hashing. No online system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and prompt reporting of suspected incidents to contact@jamaltechnologies.com.
This website or documentation may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before providing personal data.
This marketing website is not directed at children for advertising purposes. MedCoreOne Lab may process minors’ health information when a healthcare provider lawfully enters it for treatment; that processing is the responsibility of the provider as controller, under applicable child and patient-protection laws.
If data is stored or processed outside your country (for example on cloud servers), we rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law, as described in your service agreement or data-processing terms with your organisation.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting hosted customers, we will use reasonable efforts to notify the contacts registered on the account (for example by email).
Questions about this Privacy Policy or requests relating to data Jamal Technologies processes: contact@jamaltechnologies.com, or the Contact section above. Office: Office no.5, 1st floor, Pakland Squre G-8 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan.

If you do not agree, you must not use the software or this site.
MedCoreOne Lab is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) used to run diagnostic workflows such as patient registration, orders, sample handling, results, billing, and reporting. It is not a public business directory, marketplace, or social network. Information you enter (including patient and clinical data) is visible only according to your organisation’s configuration, user roles, and applicable law - not published for anonymous internet browsing like a public listing site.
By registering an account, submitting a trial or contact request, or otherwise using MedCoreOne Lab on behalf of your organisation, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the software on behalf of a company or lab, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register, log in, or use the Platform.
Your laboratory, hospital, or diagnostic organisation is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and clinical appropriateness of all data entered into MedCoreOne Lab - including patient demographics, test requests, results, billing, and communications. You must comply with applicable laws and professional rules (including health-data, privacy, and medical-record requirements in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where you operate).

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent and lawful bases for processing where required, and for providing patients with privacy notices that reflect your use of the system.
Subject to these Terms and any separate commercial agreement (subscription, licence, or statement of work), we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MedCoreOne Lab for its internal business purposes during the agreed term. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not:
Your data (patient and operational content entered by you) remains yours, subject to technical needs to host and back up the service. Our IP: MedCoreOne Lab, its branding, documentation, and underlying code are owned by Jamal Technologies or its licensors.
You must not use MedCoreOne Lab or this website to:
We may investigate misuse and cooperate with authorities where required. We may remove or restrict content or access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Free trials, pilots, or demonstrations may be offered at our discretion and can be limited in duration, features, or data volume. When you are ready to move forward after evaluation, we will agree fees, taxes, invoicing, payment terms, and liability limits in a separate written contract or order - not on this web page alone. Fees, taxes, invoicing, and payment terms for production use are set out in that quote, order form, or contract (including offline/online deployment options published on this site). Failure to pay valid fees when due may result in suspension of access where the agreement allows.
We aim to keep hosted services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, and force-majeure events may cause downtime. Specific uptime, support hours, and response targets belong in your service-level or support agreement where one exists. We may update the software to improve security, fix defects, or add features; we will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
Deletion and export of records may be governed by medical-record laws and your contract with us. Where you request deletion or contract termination, we will follow the process in your agreement and applicable law. Backups may retain data for a limited period before rotation. We do not promise instant purging from all backup media unless your contract says otherwise.
If you connect email providers, cloud hosting, payment gateways, or other integrations, your relationship with those vendors is separate. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions; you must comply with their terms and with law when transmitting data to them.
Except where expressly stated in a written agreement, MedCoreOne Lab and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will meet every regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction without your own compliance programme.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jamal Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of MedCoreOne Lab or this website.
Any cap on our aggregate liability for direct damages (where the law allows such a cap) will be set only in your signed commercial agreement with us - not by a fixed amount on this marketing page. Before that contract exists (for example during browsing this site or a pre-contract trial), these Terms do not state a specific money limit on liability; whatever limits apply will follow applicable law and, once you are a customer, the contract we sign together.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamal Technologies, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of MedCoreOne Lab or data you enter; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (d) disputes between you and your patients, staff, or partners, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
You may stop using the service in line with your contract. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment where allowed, or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting paying customers, we will use reasonable efforts to notify the administrative contacts on the account (for example by email). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
