The application uses permission codes per module (read, write, delete) with privileged administrator roles receiving broad access. The UI should reflect the same rules as the server.

1. Who is responsible for what
Website visitors, trial requests, and general enquiries: Jamal Technologies is typically the data controller for information you submit on this marketing site (for example the free-trial form or contact details).
Patient and day-to-day lab data inside MedCoreOne Lab: The laboratory, hospital, or diagnostic organisation that operates the system is usually the data controller for patient demographics, test orders, samples, results, billing records, and similar clinical or operational data. Jamal Technologies provides the software and, where we host or support the service for you, may act as a data processor on your instructions. Your organisation should tell patients how their health information is used and obtain any consent or other legal basis required under applicable law (including Pakistan’s data-protection and health rules, where they apply).
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Accounts and access: names, email addresses, usernames, phone numbers, and credentials for staff, administrators, and other users you create in MedCoreOne Lab.
- Lab operations (entered by your team): patient registration and identification details, clinical and administrative notes you choose to record, test catalogues and orders, sample and collection data, lab and radiology results, billing and payment information, referrer/doctor details, employee and incentive records where you use those features, and uploaded or generated reports.
- Website and sales: information you send via contact channels, free-trial or demo requests, and email correspondence with us.
Technical and usage data
- IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP when you use our website or hosted application.
- Pages viewed, actions in the application where logging is enabled, and security-related events needed to run and protect the service.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8) for sign-in sessions, preferences, and basic analytics on the public site where used.
We do not collect business listings from public directories, operate a public “people search” product, or buy personal data from data brokers for MedCoreOne Lab. Any integrations you enable (for example email or backups) are chosen by your organisation under your agreements.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, host, maintain, and improve MedCoreOne Lab and this website.
- To authenticate users, enforce lab/branch access rules, and support audit and accountability features built into the product.
- To process orders, results, billing, and reporting workflows your organisation configures.

- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or unlawful use of the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from public authorities.

4. Visibility of data inside the lab system
MedCoreOne Lab is not a public directory. Access to patient and lab data is controlled by your organisation through roles, permissions, and branch/lab context. Only authorised users should see sensitive records. You are responsible for configuring access correctly, training staff, and publishing your own patient-facing privacy notices where required.
5. We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third parties for their marketing. Information is used to operate MedCoreOne Lab, deliver support, and meet legal duties, unless you have agreed something different in writing (for example a specific integration you requested).
6. How we may share information
- Service providers: trusted vendors who help us host infrastructure, send email, monitor security, or provide similar services. They may process data only on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and security terms.

Deletion or export of clinical data may be limited where law requires retention (for example medical record-keeping rules). Account passwords are never stored in plain text; they are protected using industry-standard one-way hashing (we use bcrypt for password hashes in the product).
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage where needed for authentication sessions, security, and basic site function. We may use analytics cookies on this marketing site to understand traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in or some features from working.

12. Children

1. About MedCoreOne Lab
MedCoreOne Lab is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) used to run diagnostic workflows such as patient registration, orders, sample handling, results, billing, and reporting. It is not a public business directory, marketplace, or social network. Information you enter (including patient and clinical data) is visible only according to your organisation’s configuration, user roles, and applicable law - not published for anonymous internet browsing like a public listing site.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting a trial or contact request, or otherwise using MedCoreOne Lab on behalf of your organisation, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the software on behalf of a company or lab, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register, log in, or use the Platform.
3. User accounts and security
- You must provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding passwords and other credentials. Do not share accounts; each user should have their own identity where the product supports it.
- You must notify us promptly (via contact@jamaltechnologies.com or your agreed support channel) of any unauthorised access or security incident you become aware of.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or abuse the service, subject to any stricter rules in your written agreement with us.
4. Your organisation’s responsibilities (lab data and compliance)
Your laboratory, hospital, or diagnostic organisation is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and clinical appropriateness of all data entered into MedCoreOne Lab - including patient demographics, test requests, results, billing, and communications. You must comply with applicable laws and professional rules (including health-data, privacy, and medical-record requirements in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where you operate).
MedCoreOne Lab is a software tool. It does not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent and lawful bases for processing where required, and for providing patients with privacy notices that reflect your use of the system.
5. Licence to use the software
Subject to these Terms and any separate commercial agreement (subscription, licence, or statement of work), we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MedCoreOne Lab for its internal business purposes during the agreed term. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not:
- Copy, modify, merge, or create derivative works of the software except as allowed for normal configuration;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where mandatory law allows;
- Remove or alter proprietary notices;
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or host the product for third parties in competition with us without authorisation;
- Use the software to build a competing product or to scrape or harvest data from our systems without permission.
Your data (patient and operational content entered by you) remains yours, subject to technical needs to host and back up the service. Our IP: MedCoreOne Lab, its branding, documentation, and underlying code are owned by Jamal Technologies or its licensors.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must not use MedCoreOne Lab or this website to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Enter false patient or clinical information intentionally, or misuse results or reports;
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or gain unauthorised access to data, accounts, or infrastructure;
- Introduce malware, overload systems unreasonably, or probe for vulnerabilities without prior written approval;
- Use automated scraping, bots, or bulk extraction against the service except via documented APIs we provide;
- Harass staff, patients, or third parties, or send unlawful communications through features of the product.
We may investigate misuse and cooperate with authorities where required. We may remove or restrict content or access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
7. Trials, fees, and orders
Free trials, pilots, or demonstrations may be offered at our discretion and can be limited in duration, features, or data volume. When you are ready to move forward after evaluation, we will agree fees, taxes, invoicing, payment terms, and liability limits in a separate written contract or order - not on this web page alone. Fees, taxes, invoicing, and payment terms for production use are set out in that quote, order form, or contract (including offline/online deployment options published on this site). Failure to pay valid fees when due may result in suspension of access where the agreement allows.
8. Service availability, changes, and support
We aim to keep hosted services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, and force-majeure events may cause downtime. Specific uptime, support hours, and response targets belong in your service-level or support agreement where one exists. We may update the software to improve security, fix defects, or add features; we will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
9. Data deletion and retention
Deletion and export of records may be governed by medical-record laws and your contract with us. Where you request deletion or contract termination, we will follow the process in your agreement and applicable law. Backups may retain data for a limited period before rotation. We do not promise instant purging from all backup media unless your contract says otherwise.
10. Third-party services
If you connect email providers, cloud hosting, payment gateways, or other integrations, your relationship with those vendors is separate. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions; you must comply with their terms and with law when transmitting data to them.
11. Disclaimers
Except where expressly stated in a written agreement, MedCoreOne Lab and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will meet every regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction without your own compliance programme.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jamal Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of MedCoreOne Lab or this website.
Any cap on our aggregate liability for direct damages (where the law allows such a cap) will be set only in your signed commercial agreement with us - not by a fixed amount on this marketing page. Before that contract exists (for example during browsing this site or a pre-contract trial), these Terms do not state a specific money limit on liability; whatever limits apply will follow applicable law and, once you are a customer, the contract we sign together.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamal Technologies, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of MedCoreOne Lab or data you enter; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (d) disputes between you and your patients, staff, or partners, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service in line with your contract. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment where allowed, or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting paying customers, we will use reasonable efforts to notify the administrative contacts on the account (for example by email). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
